- Unstable internet connection which causes incomplete submissions.

Step-by-step guide to fix the error and print your exam slip
Step 1 — Use the official portal
Open the official site: https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng. Do not use links shared on WhatsApp or social media unless they point to this domain.
Step 2 — Confirm your profile is complete and valid
Before submitting, ensure all required fields are filled and valid (name spelling, date of birth, phone number, email, and any required ID numbers). Correct any invalid fields and save.
Step 3 — Clear browser cache and cookies
Browser settings → Privacy/History → Clear browsing data → select Cookies and Cached images and files → Clear. Then close and reopen the browser.
