The MTN Nigeria Contract Delivery and Governance Manager is a critical role in the Network division of MTN Nigeria, one of the leading telecommunications companies in Nigeria. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s contracts with vendors and service providers are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.

The Manager oversees the performance of service vendors, TowerCo, and other contractors to ensure they meet agreed-upon deliverables and maintain high-quality standards. The primary mission of the Manager is to ensure that MTN Nigeria’s contracts with vendors and service providers are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.

The Manager’s responsibilities include contract coordination and administration, which involves evaluating partner and service provider performance reports for accuracy and consistency. The Manager ensures that regular performance reports are received from MS Vendors and TowerCo, and monitors and reports contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracks the values against targets.

The Manager is also responsible for highlighting critical network areas for improvement and following up with managed services on these areas. They ensure proper alignment of Managed Services KPI and site categorization. The Manager conducts exclusion claims review and validation, building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.

The Manager reviews the performance and governance of Managed Services Vendors and TowerCo. The Manager possesses a deep understanding of MTN Nigeria’s contracts and their terms and conditions. They also use data mining tools and reporting to ensure that contractual obligations are met, and MTN Nigeria gets the expected value from its contracts.

Requirements for MTN Nigeria Recruitment 2023

To qualify for this role, a candidate must have a first degree in Electrical Electronics, Computer Science, or any related discipline. An added advantage is a certificate in project management, and fluency in English is essential. The candidate should have between 3-7 years’ experience, including at least three years of experience in an area of specialization, working with others. Additionally, experience working in a medium-sized organization, vendor/contract management in a managed services environment, and experience in Quality/performance/Operations/RF Optimization/Planning is crucial.
