NDLEA Recruitment Portal Experiences Glitches Due to High Traffic

NDLEA Recruitment

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Nigeria recently announced a recruitment exercise for qualified candidates, but its website experienced glitches due to high traffic on the portal. This issue has caused concerns for many applicants, who have been having difficulty accessing the website.

The NDLEA recruitment exercise is open to secondary school leavers, as well as graduates of polytechnics and universities. The application process is expected to run from March 12 to April 8, and interested candidates are required to visit the NDLEA website at recruitment.ndlea.gov.ng and click on careers to begin the process.

However, many applicants have been facing difficulties accessing the website, with the site displaying server errors. The agency has acknowledged the issue and assured applicants that the glitches are due to the high volume of traffic on the portal.

Femi Babafemi, the NDLEA spokesperson, stated that the agency’s technical team is working on resolving the issue. “The recruitment portal has been experiencing some glitches because of the high volume of traffic. Just in a moment, we have over 2000 applicants trying to access the recruitment portal, but our technical team is on it,” Babafemi said.

This development has caused some concern among applicants who fear they may miss out on the opportunity to apply due to technical difficulties. However, the agency has assured candidates that the issue will be resolved soon, and they should keep trying to access the website.

The NDLEA is a federal agency in Nigeria responsible for controlling and coordinating drug-related issues in the country. The recruitment exercise is part of the agency’s efforts to strengthen its workforce and improve its operations.

The high volume of traffic on the NDLEA website has caused glitches, leading to difficulties for applicants trying to apply for the recruitment exercise. However, the agency has assured candidates that the issue will be resolved soon, and interested applicants are encouraged to keep trying to access the portal within the application period.
