As part of the 2025 recruitment campaign, Vagan Oil & Gas Limited is seeking qualified professionals for the following positions:
- Project Engineer
- Location: Lagos
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; MSC/MNSE/PMP or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Experience: 8–10 years.
- Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and coordinate all project activities from conception through commissioning; ensure compliance with project management procedures; coordinate across engineering disciplines, procurement, operations, and contractors.
- Field Operations Supervisor (Electrical Maintenance) – TUNU
- Location: Delta State
- Qualifications: HND or B.Eng in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Electrical Technician or Engineer with supervisory experience.
- Responsibilities: Oversee electrical maintenance activities; ensure equipment reliability; implement best practices in maintenance execution.
- Field Operations Supervisor (Mechanical TUNU)
- Location: Delta State
- Qualifications: Minimum of a School Certificate (WAEC) or equivalent.
- Experience: 4–10 years hands-on experience with diesel and gas engines, pumps, compressors, and turbines.
- Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical maintenance; troubleshoot and repair equipment; ensure operational efficiency.
- Field Operations Supervisor (Asset Operations)
- Location: Warri, Delta State
- Qualifications: OND/HND or B.Eng in Engineering disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in field operations with supervisory experience.
- Responsibilities: Operate oil and gas facilities; manage shutdowns and isolations; monitor production rates; ensure compliance with HSSE policies.
- Planning Engineer
- Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
- Qualifications: University degree/HND in Engineering or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in planning within the oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
- Responsibilities: Develop and manage project schedules; utilize tools like MS Office, Primavera, and SAP-PM; perform data analysis and reporting.
- Project Manager
- Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in project management within the oil and gas sector.
- Responsibilities: Lead project planning and execution; manage resources and budgets; coordinate with stakeholders; ensure project documentation and compliance.
- Business Development Officer
- Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
- Qualifications: Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development and bid/tendering processes.
- Responsibilities: Identify business opportunities; manage bidding processes; develop client relationships; drive revenue growth.
